Welcome

Hello everyone and welcome to AS Media Studies!

We are very excited to be following a new brief this year of an opening sequence to a film genre of your choice. Hope you don't find blogger too annoying everyone masters it in the end and it's how we send all your work to the examiners.

Miss Shuttle and Miss Brookes are always at hand to help so don't hesitate to ask.

Good luck in all your A level choices.

Production Diary

Once you have finished your preliminary task and write up what you've learnt, what went well and even better if summary, you will be placed into groups for your final and most important production - your opening sequence. All planning, meetings, discussions, jobs assigned etc that take place need to be documented but remember this task can be undertaken as a shared job. The production diary - label planning and production - should include all of the above plus date and any other incidents, plans to shoot etc that take place. It does not need to be excessively long some entries may just be a short paragraph about the different aspects your group members are blogging ie Toby uploaded the blog with our shooting schedule and Charlie blogged our list of equipment needed for the shoot. You will all share the same production diary.
